Ok, at the urging of this guy I met online, who seems to want to help me figure out what "A Prophecy of Stars" means, I called Christine.
We talked for a while about Harry Potter (she's a HP maniac, just like me... :-D ) and then I asked her if she'd ever heard that phrase before.
She said no. So I dunno...
Maybe I'm imagining things. Maybe I should see a therapist... :/

This may sound, well.. wishy washy, but: Have you tried meditating? On either objects in your dreams or the phrase itself?
Sit comfortably somewhere quiet and hold the phrase or an object from your dream (maybe the orb, or a feather) in your mind, and concentrate on it.
I'm amazed at how clear my mind can become when I meditate. At the very least it might help you remember where you heard the phrase before.
